Every loan — title, same-day, or installment — comes down to three requirements: your vehicle, a clear Idaho title in your name with no outstanding liens, and a valid photo ID. Credit history is not a determining factor. We don’t require insurance, roadside assistance programs, or any add-on products.
What Idaho law requires us to disclose
Under Idaho Code §§ 28-46-501 through 28-46-509, Idaho title lenders must provide written disclosure of the finance charge, APR, total of payments, and payment schedule before you sign.
